WHAT IS A PRE-REGISTRATION ALLOCATION

A Pre-Registration Allocation is a guaranteed allocation of reserved space(s) which enables you to sign-up on a Tour at least 2 whole weeks before that Tour is officially announced to the public, and before anyone else is allowed to Sign-Up. The amount paid as your Pre-Registration Allocation of $250/person will be applied as a credit towards the Deposit Due for that Tour once you officially sign-up when available, however the allocation fee is non-refundable once paid. HOW PRE-REGISTRATION WORKS

All DeSerio Tours are generally announced and officially advertised roughly 1 year before that Tour happens; once exact pricing and exact dates have been finalized… However, for the Tours that recur every year for DeSerio Tours, there is high level of confidence and predictability around the pricing range, dates, and aviability of those particular tours, allowing you this opportunity to secure Pre-Registration Allocation spaces(s) even earlier than anyone else and in advance of their official announcement and advertising.

WHY PRE-REGISTER?

Due to the exclusivity of very small group sizes (6 – 10 people max) and strong desirability of DeSerio Tours, they generally fill up very quickly once announced to the public. Travelers typically find out about available trips through annual email announcements, as well as Travel Festivals, Shows, and Partners. Being able to secure availability on a tour ahead of all those people takes away the risk of missing out on availability, as well as creates the peace of mind and excitement of knowing you are allotted space on an upcoming Tour. Just the way every Trip is limited to only a few available spaces, so are these Pre-Registration Allocations, so make sure to secure yours today using the “Application” above!

ASSURANCE OF DATES, ITINERARY, PRICE

Tour Dates: The specific dates of the future Tour Selection may not yet be set at time of Pre-Registration, but will be within a reasonable timeframe of the selected  month(s) specified on application/invoice/receipt paid for this Pre-Reservation.

Tour Itinerary: The specific details of the Itinerary for the Tour Selected are subject to minor changes, however DeSerio Tours will do its best to maintain an equivalent or superior itinerary to the one referenced and previously advertised under the same Tour Name/Title at time of Pre-Registration.

Tour Price: The specific price/cost of the Tour Selected may not be known at time of Pre-Registration, however, DeSerio Tours will do its best to maintain a fair pricing across all Tours, reflective of year-over-year increases in operating costs, inflation, and all other variable expenses relative to the Tour selected.
Should You discover the tour price to exceed your expectation or the average increases explained here, that is not cause for refund as this Pre-Reservation Allocation is non-refundable.

The Process:

  • STEP 1: Review Current Tour Itinerary, Dates, and Pricing.
    – Review Current Tours by Clicking Here
  • STEP 2: Fill Out Pre-Registration Application.
    – Fill Out Online Form, and be Redirected to Payment Page.
  • STEP 3: Pay Pre-Registration Allocation Fee.
    – Non-Refundable Fee / person needed to complete Allocation.
  • STEP 4: 2 Weeks Before Tour is Officially Announced, You Will Receive Official Tour Info.
    – At least 2 weeks before Tour is Officially advertised to the public, you will get all final details, itinerary, and pricing info. 
  • STEP 5: Complete Sign-Up Process and Pay Tour Deposit with 7 Days of Receiving Info.
    – If you do not complete Sign-Up for the selected Tour within 7 days of receiving info, your Allocated Spaces and Fees paid will be forfeited.
  • STEP 6: Start Packing you Bags! You have one amazing journey ahead!

Pre-Registration Allocation: Fees, Refunds, Tour Selection:*

  • Pre-Registration Allocations are limited to a maximum number for each Tour.*
  • Allocation Fees are per person and are non-refundable. For no reason may any Allocation Fees be refunded, transferred, or altered once paid.*
  • Pre-Registration Fees paid will serve as a credit towards the Deposit Due for the selected Tour once official Sign-Up is completed within the allotted timeframe.*
  • Paying for and thus agreeing to a Pre-Reservation Allocation on a DeSerio Tour is as follows:
    • You, either a single individual, couple, or family, are collectively agreeing to a non-refundable commitment to reserve space(s) on a DeSerio Tour that has not yet been officially announced/advertised to the public.
    • In return, DeSerio Tours agrees to guarantee space(s) for You on a future tour according to the Tour Selection and year specified on the invoice/receipt.
    • In the event DeSerio Tours cannot offer the Tour Selection originally agreed to at time of Agreement, DeSerio Tours reserves the right to either refund You the amount paid for this Pre-Reservation Allocation, or transfer the Allocation to the next available tour with the same Tour Selection Name/Title.*
  • Tour Selection refers to Name/Title given by DeSerio Tours for a particular Tour and specified by Tour Name/Title on the invoice/receipt paid for this Pre-Reservation.*
  • Tour Date: The specific date(s) of the Tour Selection may not yet be known at time of Agreement, but may be within a reasonable timeframe either before or after the month specified on invoice/receipt paid for this Pre-Reservation. The year will also be specified on the invoice/receipt.*
  • Tour Price: The specific price/cost of the Tour Selection may not yet be known at time of Agreement, however, DeSerio Tours will do its best to maintain a fair pricing across all Tours, reflective of past year-over-year increases in operating costs, inflation, and all other variable expenses relative to the Tour selected. Should You discover the tour price to exceed your expectation, that is not cause for refund, as this Pre-Reservation Allocation is nonrefundable.*
